• Prices Basis 3R. Prices are FOB GA. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Terms are COD/Net 30 on approved credit. Past due invoices will be subject to 1.5% interest per month
• Prices includes Laser etching or Brass Plate as requested by customer on one location. For Deep etching and color fill add $ 5.00(V) for each location. Crystal, Glass and ceramics may not be color filled. Please check with factory.
• Black Marble come out nice with laser only. Other colors need deep etching and color fill. Standard colors are Metallic Gold, Silver, Black, Burgundy, Blue, white etc.Please specify color when ordering. PMS matching.
• All Marble items are made of Genuine Marble, Hand polished Master pieces. Variation in color, veining and size may occur.
• All Crystal items are Perfect Optical Crystal or 24% Lead Crystal from Europe and Far East famous for its unique designs and quality. Glass Awards & Gifts are of finest Glare and color. Ceramic and Hand blown Glass items are mix ofAmerican and overseas artists and unique Master pieces.
• Sizes shown are approximate. Variations in Hand Blown Glass Art/Marble will occur as each piece is Hand made.
• There is no minimum on stock items.
• Custom sizes and shape are available. Minimum order quantity on custom work is 24 pieces.
• Orders are shipped UPS/Fedex.Other shipping is available on request and is subject additional charges.
• Items damaged in transit should be claimed from Carrier. Please keep the damaged Packing for claim purpose.

Guarantee

• All items are guaranteed for defects in workmanship and will be replaced free of charge. Customers are responsible of shipping back the items to be replaced.

Artwork

• Camera Ready Artwork is required for each order. Artwork can be e-mailed at unimarble@aol.com in Tiff/EPS/Bitmap in PC format. A proof for approval will be faxed before taking up the etching part. We use Corel Draw 11 or earlier.

Set-up Charges

• One time set-up charge of, $ 50.00(V) will apply per logo/Text Per Location. Etching without logo will incur set-up Charge of 30.00(v) up to six lines.
• No charge for exactly same repeat order. Repeat Orders with changes will incur Set up of $ 25(V).
• No charges for Fax proofs.
• No running charges

Personalization

• A charge of $ 5.00(V) will apply for personalization of up to three lines. Over three lines additional change of $ 1.00(V) per line will apply

Second Location Etching

• Second location etching is $ 8.00(V)

Color Fill

• Color fill is available on most items. A charge of $ 5.00(V) will apply per location. No PMS color match.

Delivery Time

• Orders up to 500 pieces are shipped in 5-10 working days after approval of paper proof. For larger quantity orders, please check with factory.

Rush Delivery(2-Days)

• Rush delivery is available at 10% extra Charge plus shipping.
• Same day delivery after Fax Approval before noon EST is also available at 25% extra charge plus shipping

Packaging

• All items are packaged in gift Boxes/White Mailers.

Drop Shipment

• Drop shipment is available at extra Charge of $ 4.00 per shipment. International shipping will cost $ 20.00/net/Shipment/Country.

Return Policy

• - Items can be returned due to workmanship defects within 20 days after receipt. Replacement will be made at no charge. Return authorization is needed.

Sample Policy

• - Random samples are available on Net 30.Credit will be issued upon receipt in Good condition within 30 days. Customer is responsible for both way shipping. Credit card payment will incur 10% charge for refund.

Trademarks

• Customer will be responsible of all Trade mark use for the order. We reserve the right to use work done by us as samples or photograph without any liability. Logos and trademarks used by us in this catalog is to illustrate our production capability only. No endorsement of our product and services should be implied there from.
