1. All prices are Net FOB GA/CA and include deep etching and color fill. Set-up Charge of $ 50.00 for each layout will apply.
2. Custmoer to supply Camera Ready Artwork or E.mail of logo/Text for each Job.Art Charges of $ 50.00/Hr will apply for Art Changes.
3. No Minimum on stock item. Prices are COD/Net 30 on approved credit.1.5% interest may be assessed on Past due invoices.
4. Any item defective in workmanship shall be replaced at no charge. Buyer will be responsible for shipping.
5. Production time is 5-10 working days after approval of paper proof. Rush,2 Days delivery is avialble at 15% extra charges. Same Day delivery is available at 25% extra charges.Art must be approved before 12 noon.
6. Corel Draw Graphic programme is used for type setting. Fonts most commonly recommneded are Times New Roman, Arial, Rockwell, Avantgarde MD BT, Edwadrian Script etc. Over 150 fonts are available in Corel Draw which could be used at no extra charge.
7. Sample Policy: Random samples are available on Net 30. Credit will be issued upon receipt of items in good condition with original packing.15% restocking charge will apply if sample is not returned in original packing.
8. All Marble items are made by hand from Genuine Marble. Variation in color, veining and size may occur.All Crystal and Glass items are Hand made and polished and may have variation.
9. Orders are shipped UPS/Fedex. Other shipping methods are available on request.Items damaged in transit should be claimed from courier.Please keep the original packing for inspection purposes.
